Terms of Service

Your account and space

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the people you invite to a space and for making sure they should have access to its agents, threads, files, computers, and connections.

Your data

You keep your rights in the messages, files, instructions, and other content you put into Runva. You give We Toast Food LLC the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content to provide, secure, support, and improve Runva.

You are responsible for having the right to use the content and accounts you give Runva. Other people in your space may retain access to shared records and the history of work they participated in.

Agents can take real actions

Runva agents can operate computers and connected services, including creating, editing, sending, publishing, purchasing, or deleting things when their tools and your authorization allow it. Review the permissions and standing authority you give an agent. You are responsible for the instructions you provide and for using Runva only with systems, accounts, and information you are authorized to use.

AI output and automated actions can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. Check important work before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or other high-impact decisions. Runva is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or violate another person’s rights.
• Access accounts, systems, or data without permission, or bypass security and approval controls.
• Upload malware, disrupt the service, abuse shared infrastructure, or use Runva to harm, deceive, harass, or exploit anyone.
• Resell Runva, scrape it at scale, or reverse engineer non-public parts of the service except where the law expressly permits it.

Plans and billing

Current plan and usage prices appear on the pricing page or at checkout. If you choose a paid plan or paid usage, you authorize the charges shown to you. Taxes may apply. You can cancel a recurring plan before its next renewal; fees already incurred are not refunded except where the law requires it. We’ll give advance notice before a material pricing change applies to an existing subscription.

New usage-credit purchases expire 12 months from purchase, as shown before checkout, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Runva deducts usage from the earliest-expiring credit first, and only the unused remainder expires. Account activity, additional purchases, and plan changes don't extend a purchase's expiration date. Earlier purchases retain the terms under which they were sold. The signup promotional grant expires after 90 days; other grants use the expiration date stated when issued. Our service and software

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Runva under these terms. We and our licensors keep the rights in the service, software, design, and branding. Feedback is welcome; you let us use it without an obligation to compensate you.

Runva is evolving. We may change features, providers, limits, or the service itself, and we may need to interrupt it for maintenance or security. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that the service will be error-free.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Runva or ask us to close your account by emailing hello@runva.ai. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect Runva or others, comply with law, address unpaid charges, or respond to a material violation of these terms. We’ll give notice and a chance to fix the issue when practical.

Warranty and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Runva is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We Toast Food LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for a claim relating to Runva is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100, whichever is greater. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Runva changes. We’ll post the new date here and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use Runva after they take effect means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to hello@runva.ai.
